CAS Consulting & Services, Inc. (CAS) was founded in 1999 in Austin, Texas, to provide four distinct lines of engineering and construction consulting services:

• Storm Water
• Transportation
• Environmental

Since then we have added offices in San Antonio and Dallas to better serve our clients.
