Project Description:
This project involves the construction of 13,000 feet of a 24” reclaimed water main along Red River. The reclaimed water main will convert a portion of existing potable water customers such as Hyde Park neighborhood, Hancock Center, Hancock Golf Course, St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, St. David’s Hospital, Concordia College, and the University of Texas, to reclaimed water. 35 intersections will also be affected by this work.

Services Provided:
CAS is providing engineering design phase and construction phase services to support the Red River to UT Transmission Main project as a subconsultant to TCB, Inc. The services for this major utility line include traffic control plans and specifications, existing utility data research and document preparation, erosion/sedimentation control plans and specifications, an opinion of probable construction cost and bid documents. Construction phase services will also be provided during construction of the transmission main.
