Henry Leighton, P.E. - Vice President of Environmental and Construction Management Services


Mr. Henry Leighton, P.E., is the Vice President of Environmental and Construction Management Services. He has over 33 years of engineering and construction industry experience, specializing in cradle-to-grave project management, both on an individual project basis and in a larger program management setting. His construction management experience has spanned traditional heavy civil construction, building construction, waste remediation, underground storage tank, and facility decontamination /decommissioning/demolition projects. He has been successful in these areas for varied project delivery systems including CM at Risk, cost-plus-fixed (or incentive fee), design-bid-build, design-build arenas. He has performed these tasks for a variety of clients, to include: municipal entities, and private commercial companies, the US Army Corps of Engineers, the US Air Force, the US Department of Energy, and USEPA. Mr. Leighton graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and is a registered professional engineer in the states of Texas and Colorado. He is an active member of the Greater Austin Contractors and Engineers Association. Additionally, Henry was a member of the 1990 EPA National Superfund Team of the Year.
