HENRY LEIGHTON, P.E., JOINS CAS CONSULTING
(Austin, TX) – CAS Consulting & Services, Inc. is pleased to announce that Henry Leighton, P.E., is joining CAS Consulting & Services, Inc., as the Vice President of Environmental and Construction Management Services.
He is currently serving as the Construction Manager on the City of South IH-35 Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Improvements Program, and will soon be working on several other high profile projects, including the Waller Creek Tunnel Flood Mitigation project and the Jollyville Transmission Main project. He recently served as Construction Manager of the Austin Clean Water Program. Before joining CAS, Henry served as the Deputy Program Manager for an $800 Million Nitrogen Removal Program for District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority (WASA), Blue Plains Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant in Washington D.C.
Mr. Leighton graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and is a registered professional engineer in the states of Texas and Colorado. He is an active member of the Greater Austin Contractors and Engineers Association. Additionally, Henry was a member of the 1990 EPA National Superfund Team of the Year.
