Mr. Lino Rivera is the Vice President of Program Management Services. He has over 27 years experience in construction management, project management and project engineering. His work includes civil engineering design and construction of Public Works’ projects, such as roadways, stormwater conveyance, flood control facilities, culverts, railroad tracks, public facilities, and traffic control and signalization. Mr. Rivera is responsible for multi-year projects such as Austin Clean Water Program, City of Austin South IH-35 Water/Wastewater Program Management Consultant project, and Waller Creek Flood Diversion project. Before joining CAS, Mr. Rivera worked for the City of Austin serving as Public Works Assistant Director and Chief Engineer where he oversaw the Real Estate Division, Construction Inspection Division, and Engineering Design Division. He also served as the Director of the Department of Small and Minority Business Resources, Chief Construction Engineer for the Street and Bridge Division, and Specification Engineer for the City, at large.
