Project Description:
The International Bank of Commerce (IBC) is in the midst of a rapid expansion throughout Texas and Oklahoma to meet the growing needs of its clients. The project involved design and planning services for the sites of several new branches.

Services Provided:
CAS Consulting & Services, Inc. was retained to design infrastructure and produce construction plans using AutoCad software for bank sites in Beeville, Cedar Park, McAllen, and Uvalde, Texas. For each of these bank sites, CAS performed the following design services:

• Hydrological and hydraulic analysis
• Erosion and sedimentation control
• Driveway design
• Sidewalk design
• Water system design
• Wastewater system design
• Drainage system design
• Site grading
• Water quality and detention pond design
