Project Description:
The project includes the design and construction of approximately 500 linear feet of streambank stabilization along Barton Creek in Austin, Texas. The areas of the proposed streambank stabilization activities were especially challenging because they are immediately adjacent to the Town Lake Park Trail, which is heavily used daily by the area residents. The construction plans also include the design of a new segment of hike and bike trail at the Barton Creek project site.

Services Provided:
CAS prepared design and construction plans for the Barton Creek project site. CAS’ services included the preparation of a site plan, drainage plan, erosion and sedimentation control plan, tree protection plan, and hike and bike trail plan.
