Seeking recent graduates and experienced EIT’s with an interest in pursuing a career in Water Resources engineering for a full-time entry-level Associate Engineer position. Working under the direction of a licensed engineer, you will prepare calculations, reports and design drawings; perform research and modeling related to project design; participate in field investigations; complete routine design tasks, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates; and perform other tasks as assigned.

Seeking EIT’s with 2+ years of experience with an interest in pursuing a career in Water & Wastewater engineering for a full-time entry-level Associate Engineer position. Develop your hard-won college skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment at a well-respected civil engineering firm in Austin, TX. Working under the direction of a licensed engineer, you work in the areas of water and wastewater system design, rehabilitation and expansion, and master planning. You use your technical abilities for the planning, analysis, and design of projects for municipalities throughout Central Texas, including our markets in Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0;
- FE/EIT certification;
- Excellent communication skills a must;
- Desire to learn design of water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, pipelines and force mains, water supply systems, and solids handling facilities;
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities;
- Demonstrated ability to follow direction and work in a team environment;
- Position requires work Monday through Friday with occasional evenings and weekends.
- Working knowledge of computers;
- Design experience with Civil 3D a plus.
